This letter is to provide my most sincere recommendation for the services of Stewart Kiritz. My husband and I worked with Stewart for both the selling of our condominium in Mountain View, and the purchase of our house in Redwood City.

Both transactions were extremely difficult ones. The buyer of the condominium in Mountain View was represented by an agent who attempted to "nickel and dime" every detail of the sale, and who attempted to hold hostage the close of escrow until her demands were met. Stewart's pragmatic approach and resolution navigated us through that most difficult situation.

In the purchase of our house in Redwood City, the house was a newly refurbished doll-house style on a significant lot and well priced. Stewart told us that immediate action was required, and obtained the sale in our favor against three competing offers within the first twenty-four hours the house was on the market (although I will not disclose Stewart's secret here, the sale in our favor was not obtained through price alone).

Stewart was the fourth real estate agent we retained, and the quality of his service was significantly higher than his predecessors.
