I am writing to offer the strongest recommendation of Stewart Kiritz, based on his services to me as the buying agent for my home at 55 ------- St. I purchased the house following an extended search. The process was long, but made much easier by the excellent support that Stewart provided.

I engaged Stewart on the recommendation of several friends for whom he had found homes in the Palo Alto area, all of whom conveyed not only their appreciation of him as a realtor, but also their fondness for him as a person after having worked with him.

The aspect of Stewart's approach that I most valued was his intelligent, sympathetic engagement with my deliberations over what kind of house would be best for me. I began with a fairly wide range of alternatives in mind. He helped me explore the possibilities, and eventually clarify my criteria, by careful selection of houses for me to view. At no time did I feel pressured or in any way manipulated. As someone who has an allergy to "high pressure sales", particularly on a decision as significant as buying a home, I appreciated this enormously.

At the same time, when I did decide to make an offer on a house, Stewart moved rapidly and effectively. My offer was accepted, on the terms that I had hoped for, in what turned out to be a competitive situation. Stewart continued to provide me with excellent support throughout the escrow process, and I look forward to inviting him to my housewarming.

In sum, I could not imagine a better realtor than Stewart, and will certainly hope to engage him for any future transactions of my own.
