I would like to offer the strongest possible recommendation for Stewart Kiritz.  We were introduced to Stewart by an executive recruiter when we were evaluating a potential move to Silicon Valley from Cleveland, OH.  Despite the fact that we had not been offered, let alone accepted, a position with Agilent, Stewart graciously agreed to spend nearly a full day introducing us to the area real estate market.

Being from Cleveland, that introduction was an extraordinary shock.  Nevertheless, Stewart stuck with us, was remarkably patient, and listened carefully.  In part because of that sensitivity as well as his evident, intimate knowledge of the Valley, we chose to work with Stewart when I accepted the offer from Agilent Technologies. 

For the next 3+ months, Stewart was in constant communications with us, but not in a bothersome manner.  In fact, he did continuing in-depth research and filtering of the market based on our purchase criteria, and presented to us probably less than 10% of the potential homes.  Cross country communications were via phone and email, which Stewart used to particularly good effect by attaching video, pictures, etc.  In our face-to-face interactions at potential homes, Stewart was an empathetic and objective counselor.  With us, anyway, he used his professional training in psychology to good effect.

Ironically, we ended up purchasing a house Stewart showed us early on.  But, to his credit, he never even hinted an “I told you so” because of his innate humility and knowledge that, if we weren’t ready, we wouldn’t be happy.  Fortunately, his patience and persistence paid off for us in the end.

Stewart has all the qualities we wanted in a realtor – he listens more than talks, pays close attention to details, and is very resourceful.  We’d use him again in a second, and are eager to recommend him to anyone interested in truly exceptional, sensitive service.
